
Application Process
The Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology offers two different master programmes in electrical engineering, the
- International Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and InformationTechnology, IMSEIT (4 semester track)
- Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, MSEIT (3 semester track)
Both programmes share the same academic curriculum. However, the International Master IMSEIT offers an additional internship module, German language instruction classes and bridging courses designed for the needs of international students.
As a consequence, international applicants must apply for the International Master (IMSEIT), German applicants with a 7-semester Bachelor from a German university should apply for the other (MSEIT).
